Phalloplasty: Pre-Op to Post-Op Healing
Here I will document the progression of hair removal from my thigh as well as the healing of my donor (thigh where the phallus graft is taken from) and the healing of my graft thigh.

Showing skin left untouched below the graft. I have some pretty large thighs, graft I measured out is 8 x 5 for those wondering. You will need to add 3-4 inches to this in terms of what they actually open up on your thigh to raise the graft and nerves, etc.

Post- Donor Graft (Right Thigh)
27 days post op. Healing awesomely for almost a month. Skin graft took very well. I’m getting feeling back and is this weird pressure sort-of feeling but nothing unbearable.
Post- Graft (Left Thigh)
Almost a month. This is the skin graft. It’s dark pinkish as the pigment is changing. As you see some has already begun to change back which is cool.

Hey it’s Liam. I couldn’t find your emails from when we were chatting before so I had to email you here. I got my surgery date set for Sept 19 in a few months and got a few more questions to ask you. Dr. Chen did suggest for me to go w/ RFF because he said my thigh has a slight bit of fat content (though i’m a skinny guy. from your pictures, my thighs look like the same size as yours). I’m really set for ALT but i’m nervous and now i’m torn. I barely have any hair on my thighs and I honestly don’t mid having a thick phallus as I want to be “packin” down there. If you could email me back with some uplifting words, that’ll be awesome.
I’m wondering if you did any workouts to try and tighten up your thigh a bit. How long did you have to wait after stage 1 to start stage 2? Every time I see your results I am more confident in ALT as you are the only one I can find that has ALT done by Crane’s office. The transmen I know have done RFF. I’m quite nervous for complications as well with the ALT. Hope to hear from you soon my friend.
