Look for those with 100% ratings! Start on page 49 and go from there to just see the employers that offer things. But I also suggest you read the entire Index as it changes every year and more and more companies are getting on board. This year alone 54 new businesses opted in to get their 100% equality score that’s the largest opt in to date!
